Senior Graphic Designer

About the role

Muscle Republic is looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to lead visual concept creation across all brand touchpoints. Reporting to the Senior Creative Manager, you will shape the brand identity and produce compelling graphics for digital, social, email and offline activations.

Key responsibilities

• Transform ideas into impactful visual assets for web, email, social, paid advertising and OOH campaigns.
• Create custom templates, illustrations and graphics that communicate marketing initiatives.
• Design and execute weekly email campaigns and flows using Adobe InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Produce promotional banners for the website and mobile app.
• Develop organic and paid social media assets, including motion graphics using Adobe After Effects.
• Concept and produce motion‑graphic content for digital and campaign use.
• Manage project timelines, prioritize multiple briefs and ensure delivery on time and within budget.
• Analyze graphic performance metrics and use data insights to optimise future designs.
• Mentor and coach the Junior Graphic Designer, providing feedback and creative direction.

Required profile

• 4‑5 years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in fitness, activewear or retail.
• Strong portfolio showcasing diverse projects across social, web and OOH.
• Collaborative team player who thrives in a shared creative environment.
• Understanding of UX/UI principles for digital projects.
• Excellent project‑management and workflow‑prioritisation skills.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Experience with Canva.
• Motion‑graphics expertise using Adobe After Effects.
• Video‑editing skills with Adobe Premiere Pro.
