Senior Frontend Engineer

About the role

We are seeking a senior frontend engineer with strong React expertise and a keen eye for design to join the FormPhil team within CORTO, part of ATI. You will work closely with the UX/UI Lead and full‑stack developers to transform functional interfaces into polished, intuitive user experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the UX/UI Lead to understand design intent, contribute ideas, and translate Figma designs into high‑quality React interfaces.
• Refine initial implementations from full‑stack developers, improving component structure, state handling, and overall usability.
• Develop and maintain shared component libraries, documenting reusable patterns for the engineering team.
• Identify and resolve performance, accessibility, and cross‑browser issues, ensuring a fast and reliable application.

Required profile

• Strong React and TypeScript skills with solid JavaScript, HTML, and CSS knowledge.
• Excellent visual and interaction judgment, able to spot and improve spacing, hierarchy, and feedback.
• Experience collaborating closely with designers, interpreting Figma designs and discussing design intent.
• Proactive, collaborative mindset with a track record of improving interfaces and providing constructive feedback.
