Senior Financial Analyst

About the role

Harrison.ai is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst to own the monthly management reporting cycle, drive budgeting and forecasting, and support board and investor communications across six global regions.

Key responsibilities

• Own the monthly squad‑based and entity‑level P&L reporting, including variance analysis and executive commentary.
• Build and maintain the FY budget and rolling forecast in the Australian fiscal year.
• Report CARR, reconcile Salesforce opportunity data to contracts, and work with sales to drive revenue outcomes.
• Model unit economics for SaaS and teleradiology services, influencing pricing decisions.
• Prepare board packs, QBR schedules, and support investor‑relations analysis.
• Collaborate with data teams on NetSuite and Databricks pipelines to automate reporting.
• Assist audit, statutory reporting, and IPO‑readiness workstreams, including control documentation.
• Provide commercial deal support, including tender pricing and business case development.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in FP&A, transaction services, or investment banking.
• Hands‑on experience with multi‑entity, multi‑currency consolidation and FX translation.
• Strong financial modelling skills (three‑statement and driver‑based).
• Proficiency in SQL or Python for data extraction.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint abilities.
• ERP experience and ability to write clear financial commentary for executive audiences.
