Senior Facilities Coordinator

About the role

Savers is looking for a Senior Facilities Coordinator to support the management, maintenance and continuous improvement of its national property portfolio of stores, warehouses and support offices. Reporting to the General Manager - Property, the role keeps properties safe, compliant and operating effectively across Australia.

Key responsibilities

• Lead maintenance and contractor activities across a national portfolio
• Manage preventative maintenance programs and compliance requirements
• Review quotations, procurement activities and contractor performance
• Deliver repair, refurbishment and asset improvement projects
• Work with location managers, service providers, operational leaders and landlords to resolve property issues
• Monitor budgets, expenditure and project timelines
• Drive continuous improvement across facilities systems, processes and reporting

Required profile

• Previous facilities management experience in a national or multi-site role within retail, hospitality, healthcare or a similar environment
• Demonstrated experience leading maintenance programs, contractors and service providers
• Experience delivering minor works, refurbishment or facilities projects
• Commercial, procurement and contract administration experience
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across a geographically dispersed portfolio
