Senior Demand and Supply Planner

About the role

The Senior Demand & Supply Planner will create and maintain an 18‑month consensus demand plan for finished‑goods, aligning forecasts with financial plans and collaborating across markets. You will support sales and marketing demand planning, manage inventory freshness, and contribute to the local Sales and Operational Planning process.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse historical sales, market trends, seasonality and promotions to challenge and improve the sales forecast.
• Maintain a rolling 18‑month demand and supply plan, manage safety stock, and oversee new product introductions and end‑of‑life transitions.
• Provide weekly supply feedback, track goods in transit, and report forecast and supply risks to management.
• Maintain master data, pricing files and settings in SAP APO/IBP, and ensure timely system updates.

Required profile

• 5+ years of senior demand and supply planning experience, preferably in an FMCG manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business or a related field; APICS certification is a plus.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to drive resolution of issues.
