Senior Data Product Manager

About the role

The Senior Data Product Manager reports to the Head of Data Enablement and Martech Activation and leads end‑to‑end product ownership of Latitude’s enterprise data platform. You will shape product direction, translate business priorities into delivery plans and work hands‑on with engineering, data management and external partners to deliver valuable, trusted data assets.

Key responsibilities

• Define and manage the vision, roadmap and lifecycle of enterprise data products, balancing immediate demand with long‑term strategy.
• Convert the data roadmap into an integrated delivery plan covering priorities, milestones, capacity, risks and dependencies.
• Maintain prioritized backlogs, shape initiatives into delivery‑ready requirements and lead planning, refinement and delivery ceremonies.
• Partner with engineering leadership to sequence delivery, align capacity and make trade‑offs between scope, timing and quality.
• Track delivery performance, manage risks, provide forecasts and coordinate cross‑functional dependencies.
• Ensure products are tested, documented, secure, compliant and ready for production adoption.
• Set expectations for managed service partners, monitor quality and address gaps proactively.
• Help mature the Data‑as‑a‑Service model, embedding data quality, governance and security requirements.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in data product management or product delivery leadership within complex data environments.
• Proven track record taking data products from discovery through release, adoption and lifecycle management.
• Strong capability in roadmap development, stakeholder alignment, outcome definition and product measurement.
• Experience working with internal engineering teams and external managed service providers.
• Understanding of regulated data environments and enterprise reporting requirements.
