Senior Data Analyst

About the role

Liquid is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to turn raw data into actionable insights for digital products and public‑sector services. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams to shape measurement strategies, diagnose product issues and drive AI‑enabled improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end data analysis and product analytics workstreams, from discovery through delivery.
• Present findings to clients and senior stakeholders, translating data into clear narratives and actionable recommendations.
• Support and up‑skill the analytics team, expanding Liquid’s capability in insights, AI and data‑informed product thinking.
• Design measurement frameworks, define product metrics and create dashboards using tools such as GA4, Power BI and Google Data Studio.
• Identify practical AI opportunities and guide responsible implementation across projects.

Required profile

• Senior‑level, full‑lifecycle experience in data analysis, product analytics and business intelligence (SFIA Level 3).
• Strong hands‑on technical ability to work directly with complex datasets.
• Excellent communication skills, comfortable presenting to clients and senior stakeholders.
• Experience analysing website and digital product behaviour using GA4, Google Tag Manager and similar tools.
• Background in psychology, public health, political science or related field is a plus.

Required skills

• SQL and Snowflake (data modelling, quality and secure handling).
• GA4, Google Tag Manager, Qualtrics, Power BI, Google Data Studio.
• Jira, Confluence (project and development management).
• Experience with cloud data platforms such as BigQuery, Azure and CDPs like RudderStack.
• Working knowledge of machine learning / data science techniques and responsible AI practices.
