Senior Data Analyst

About the role

Are you passionate about turning data into insights that drive real business outcomes? We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst with strong Power BI capabilities to join our growing team and work closely with stakeholders to design reporting solutions and build dashboards.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse and translate business requirements into scalable data and reporting solutions.
• Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports.
• Build robust data models and deliver actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Provide Power BI administration, support, and troubleshooting.
• Develop and optimise DAX calculations and Power Query transformations.
• Collaborate with technical and non‑technical stakeholders to understand data needs.
• Produce clear documentation and technical artefacts.
• Continuously improve reporting, data quality, and analytics capabilities.

Required profile

• Strong Power BI development experience.
• Experience with DAX, Power Query and reporting best practices.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical capability.
