Senior Creative Product Designer

About the role

As a Senior Creative Product Designer you will shape the future of The Lott’s digital experiences, bringing bold ideas, exceptional visual craft and innovative interactions to life.

Key responsibilities

• Generate bold creative concepts and visual directions that define the look and feel of digital products.
• Create polished UI, interactions, motion and high‑fidelity prototypes that convey personality and playfulness.
• Design engaging experiences using storytelling, gamification and innovative customer interactions.
• Explore emerging technologies such as AI, creative coding and generative design to push creative boundaries.

Required profile

• Proven experience designing high‑engagement digital products for entertainment, gaming, media, retail or consumer‑facing brands.
• Strong creative expertise across visual design, illustration, animation, motion design, 3D or immersive experiences.
• Solid understanding of gamification, storytelling and behavioural design to craft memorable experiences.
