About the role
Turner & Townsend is seeking experienced Cost Managers and Senior Cost Managers to work across a range of sectors including retail, health, education, defence, infrastructure and natural resources throughout Australia.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare cost estimates, procurement and tender documentation, and manage contract administration from pre‑ to post‑contract stages.
- Conduct feasibility studies, produce cost plans, and present final cost proposals to clients.
- Manage tendering processes, including pre‑qualification, tender analysis and compilation of contractual documents.
- Perform cost checks, valuations and produce monthly post‑contract cost reports for large projects.
Required profile
- Recognised degree in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management.
- Relevant consultancy experience with strong attention to detail.
- Excellent written and spoken English with strong report and bid writing skills.
- Highly motivated, able to work autonomously and as part of a team.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CostX software (advantageous).
- MRICS or AIQS accreditation (ideal).
