Senior Consultant – Technology & Advisory

About the role

Influence the future of live sport and entertainment by advising iconic venues, sports leagues, rights holders and major events on next‑generation technology, digital and data strategies. As a Senior Consultant in PMY’s Technology & Advisory team you will work directly with senior executives to solve complex challenges, drive transformational change and shape the experience of millions of fans.

Key responsibilities

• Lead strategic advisory engagements covering technology, digital, data and operational transformation.
• Develop strategic recommendations, operating models, business cases and implementation roadmaps.
• Build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders and provide commercially focused advice.
• Manage multiple consulting engagements, ensuring delivery against scope, budget and timelines.
• Lead proposal development, tender responses and business development initiatives.
• Contribute to PMY’s thought leadership and market positioning.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading client‑facing advisory engagements and developing transformation roadmaps.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, workshop facilitation and executive communication skills.
• Commercial acumen with ability to balance strategic thinking and practical delivery.
• Experience managing multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• A degree in Business, Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, Commerce or related discipline.
• Sector experience in sport, entertainment, venues, government, infrastructure or property is highly regarded.
