Senior Consultant – Strategy & Transformation

About the role

We are partnering with an established consulting firm to hire Senior Consultants for its Strategy and Transformation practice. You will work on complex business and technology transformation initiatives for government and enterprise clients, guiding engagements from discovery to delivery of strategic recommendations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead workstreams across strategy, business transformation and technology advisory engagements.
• Conduct strategic analysis, assess options and develop practical recommendations.
• Prepare business cases, operating models, strategic plans and executive presentations.
• Facilitate workshops and engage with senior stakeholders to understand business challenges and priorities.
• Contribute to proposals, client engagement and business development activities.

Required profile

• 2+ years’ experience within a consulting environment (Big Four, boutique advisory or in‑house strategy).
• Experience in business strategy, transformation or technology strategy initiatives.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
• Demonstrated ability to develop strategic recommendations and produce high‑quality written deliverables.
• Australian citizenship; baseline or NV1 security clearance is advantageous.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
