Senior Consultant - Organisation Design and Implementation

About the role

ANZ’s Talent & Culture Organisation Design & Implementation team is looking for a Senior Consultant to lead and support large‑scale workforce transformation initiatives. The role will work across operating model redesign, organisational restructuring, location strategy and M&A people streams, delivering end‑to‑end solutions for the bank.

Key responsibilities

• Support delivery of Organisation Design & Implementation initiatives covering operating model, workforce transformation and restructuring.
• Own or contribute to defined project workstreams, ensuring activities meet quality standards and agreed outcomes.
• Conduct organisational and workforce analysis to generate insights and recommendations for senior leaders.
• Prepare project materials, manage risks and dependencies, and coordinate activities with stakeholders across the business and Talent & Culture.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to translate data‑led analysis into practical, people‑centred outcomes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in consulting or advisory roles delivering complex people and workforce transformation projects.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with capacity to manage competing priorities.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast‑moving environment.
