Senior Consultant – International Tax & Transaction Services

Join EY's market‑leading M&A practice as a Senior Consultant in International Tax & Transaction Services, supporting a diverse client base across multiple sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Advise clients on domestic and international tax matters throughout the M&A life cycle, including due diligence and structuring.
• Project‑manage multidisciplinary teams to deliver seamless, cross‑geography engagements.
• Provide guidance and support to junior team members while staying current on tax law changes and industry trends.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of Australian tax consulting experience within a top‑tier accounting firm, corporate, or legal environment.
• Experience in inbound and outbound transaction consulting, international tax research, planning, compliance, due diligence, deal structuring and post‑acquisition planning.
• Strong communication skills to convey complex tax concepts clearly to clients.
• Proven ability to manage budgets, projects and people, and to build strong client relationships.
