Senior Consultant – Asset Intelligence

About the role

Aurecon’s Asset Intelligence Practice is looking for experienced engagement leads with strong digital and consulting expertise. The role integrates asset‑centric data and decisions with high‑value digital solutions such as asset strategy, information system design, and decision‑platform development across sectors like water, defence, resources, transport and energy.

Key responsibilities

• Lead streams or small projects and contribute as a team member on larger engagements.
• Develop client deliverables, including digital solutions, technical reports, presentations and advanced analytics.
• Support bid development and client engagement activities.
• Coach and mentor junior team members.
• Build and maintain internal and external relationships.
• Contribute to the growth of Aurecon’s national Advisory team and promote a collaborative, inclusive culture.

Required profile

• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform, SQL, Python, low‑code tools and cloud environments.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Well‑developed client engagement and project‑management skills.
• Proven ability to work effectively in teams.
• Adaptability to work across varied engagement types.
• Clear, concise written and verbal communication.
• Track record of delivering projects in consulting or an asset‑intensive industry.
• Relevant tertiary qualification in STEM, finance or a related discipline.
