About the role

ANZ is seeking a senior professional to lead commercial home and investment lending for mid‑market clients in Brisbane. The role combines specialist lending expertise with senior leadership responsibilities, driving portfolio growth while mentoring the team.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver business objectives and behaviours expected of a Commercial Home & Investment Lending Manager (CHILM).
• Mentor, coach and influence immediate team members and other accredited lenders across the region.
• Maintain and develop intrinsic commercial stakeholder relationships with large, complex groups.
• Partner with the Regional Manager Commercial Home Loans to own the team’s collective aspirations and performance.
• Identify appropriate lending products and solutions for mid‑market commercial clients.
• Co‑manage client relationships with commercial bankers to deepen whole‑of‑wallet engagement.
• Connect customers to other ANZ teams to support broader financial goals.
• Drive portfolio growth by maximising inflow and minimising attrition.
• Contribute to retail district performance and exceed individual targets.
• Monitor local market trends and generate referrals.
