Senior Client Partner – Media

About the role

As a Senior Client Partner – Media you will embed CommBank iQ as a strategic partner for leading Australian media organisations, driving product adoption and delivering measurable value.

Key responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of established media clients end‑to‑end, building trusted relationships across sales, insights, strategy and senior leadership.
• Deeply embed Media iQ products into client planning cycles, go‑to‑market activity and decision‑making.
• Translate product outputs into clear commercial narratives that support media monetisation and advertiser outcomes.
• Own renewals and account health, driving growth through deeper product adoption.
• Identify adoption risks early and intervene to maintain partnership trust.
• Advocate for client needs internally, shaping product and delivery priorities.
• Coordinate across analytics, product, delivery and governance teams for seamless execution.

Required profile

• 4–7 years in account management, client partnership or customer success roles.
• Direct experience with media owners, publishers, platforms or agencies.
• Strong understanding of media sales, audience strategy, measurement or advertiser outcomes.
• Proven ability to build trusted relationships with both operational and senior media leaders.
• Track record of driving product adoption and delivering commercial value.
• Experience managing renewals and account health across a portfolio.
• Relevant degree (e.g., Business, Marketing, Media).
