About the role
A leading global mining client, founded over a century ago, is recruiting a Senior Business Analyst for a large-scale transformation programme. The role is based in the Perth CBD and is permanent.
Key responsibilities
- Gather requirements and carry out business analysis activities
- Analyse current and future state processes
- Translate business needs into solution options
- Facilitate workshops with stakeholders and business teams
- Support transformational change and solution adoption
Required profile
- Proven experience in a Senior Business Analyst role in enterprise-level environments
- Mandatory recent mining industry experience
- Experience with large-scale transformation and/or similar projects is favourable
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Relevant tertiary education or certifications
