Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers and share your passion for coffee.
• Create meaningful connections by offering standout service and product knowledge.
• Support the leadership team to ensure seamless boutique operations.
• Drive high‑impact sales using digital tools and POS systems.
• Engage customers with tastings, memberships and coffee expertise.
• Coach and provide feedback to help the team deliver exceptional service.
• Follow a growth plan to deepen coffee expertise and boutique operations knowledge.

Required profile

• A coffee lover with previous retail and/or hospitality experience.
• A people‑person who loves creating memorable customer moments and supporting team members.
• Someone who takes pride in presentation and professionalism.
• Passionate about making a positive impact for people and the planet in a B Corp certified setting.
