Senior Banking Consultant – Cranbourne

About the role

The Senior Banking Consultant will serve customers directly at the Cranbourne branch, guiding them through home‑buyer journeys and property purchase financing. The role also supports junior staff on complex needs and contributes to the branch’s retail strategy.

Key responsibilities

• Act as an initiator and role model for ANZ products.
• Support the Branch Manager in delivering the retail strategy and daily operations.
• Provide customers with home loan, insurance, investment and transactional solutions.
• Maintain a thorough “know your customer” approach from a risk perspective.
• Deliver a positive, relationship‑based customer experience.

Required profile

• Proven experience building strong relationships in a customer‑focused environment.
• Significant background in financial services, preferably retail banking.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Leadership and coaching capabilities.
• Comfort with technology and ability to promote its use.
• Strong multitasking skills and adaptability to change.
