Senior Analyst - Business Execution

About the role

ANZ is seeking a Senior Analyst to lead Business Execution for its Institutional Australia & PNG division. Reporting to the Executive Director, you will ensure day‑to‑day operations are well‑managed, aligned with strategic objectives and deliver performance improvements across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Support business performance and strategic initiatives across Australia and PNG through data analysis, reporting and insight generation.
• Analyse internal and external data to identify trends, opportunities and key business drivers.
• Provide performance insights to support decision‑making and measure success of campaigns and initiatives.
• Drive transformation, process improvement and returns‑focused projects.
• Conduct market, competitor and customer analysis to inform strategy, segmentation and value propositions.
• Partner with stakeholders across ANZ to translate insights into actionable outcomes.

Required profile

• Strong problem‑solving and collaboration abilities, with capacity to quickly assess issues and develop improvement recommendations.
• Highly organised, able to manage and prioritise a large, fast‑moving workload and multiple simultaneous initiatives.
• Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder‑management skills, both written and verbal.
