Senior Accountant

About the role

Atturra is looking for a Senior Accountant to work closely with the Finance Business Partner, delivering accurate and timely financial information for its Business Units. The role will support month‑end processes, budgeting, forecasting, reconciliations and compliance reporting, and will assist General Managers with financial analysis.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the month‑end close, including journal entries, reconciliations and accounting records.
• Prepare monthly profit & loss statements, balance‑sheet reconciliations and cash‑flow forecasts.
• Analyse actual results versus budget/forecast and provide variance commentary.
• Support the Finance Business Partner and Executive General Manager in financial reviews and reporting packs.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, internal policies and audit requirements.
• Partner with project managers to review project bookings, WIP and deferred revenue.
• Assist with system migrations, process improvements and documentation of financial procedures.

Required profile

• Degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• Professional accounting qualification (CA/CPA) or working towards it.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in financial accounting roles.
• Strong technical accounting knowledge and ability to interpret accounting standards.
