Senior Accountant

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to join our growing finance team. You will be responsible for delivering accurate financial reporting, maintaining the general ledger, and supporting forecasting, budgeting, statutory compliance, and treasury activities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage month‑end accounting processes, including accruals, pre‑payments, reconciliations and general ledger maintenance.
• Prepare timely management reports such as Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet and other corporate reporting requirements.
• Support quarterly forecasting and annual budgeting, owning SG&A reporting and financial consolidations.
• Lead statutory reporting obligations, audits, BAS, FBT, payroll tax and financial statement preparation.
• Assist with cash‑flow management, treasury functions, supplier payments, bank reconciliations and finance‑related projects.

Required profile

• 6‑8+ years of experience in a Senior Accountant or similar role.
• Experience in FMCG, food manufacturing or a related industry is highly regarded.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting and statutory compliance.
• Advanced Excel skills and excellent analytical abilities.
