Senior Account Manager, Power & Utilities

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Account Manager to lead our Power & Utilities portfolio in Australia. Based in Brisbane (with 20‑30% travel) you will manage large regional accounts, drive revenue growth and champion AVEVA’s industrial software solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of high‑profile Power & Utilities accounts to achieve renewal, upsell and growth targets.
• Build trusted relationships with C‑level and operational stakeholders.
• Position the full AVEVA portfolio to support enterprise‑level digital transformation initiatives.
• Conduct consultative, value‑based selling aligned with customer business objectives.
• Identify and qualify new opportunities within existing accounts and new logos.
• Coordinate with presales, services and partners to ensure successful solution delivery and adoption.
• Maintain accurate forecasts and pipeline management using Salesforce.
• Represent AVEVA at industry events, customer meetings and strategic account reviews.

Required profile

• 5+ years of enterprise‑level platform selling experience in industrial software.
• Proven track record in the Power (T&D, Generation, Renewables, BESS) or Water industry.
• Strong business acumen with ability to articulate ROI and business value to senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Ability to transition into people‑management responsibilities in the near future.
