About the role
We are seeking an experienced Section Waiter to join the No35 dining team at Sofitel Melbourne on Collins. You will work in a busy, high‑quality restaurant with stunning city views, delivering exceptional service and guiding guests through a culinary journey.
Key responsibilities
- Provide attentive, knowledgeable service to guests, including food, wine, and cocktail recommendations.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation in the dining area.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service flow.
Required profile
- Minimum 12 months experience in a busy quality restaurant.
- Victorian RSA certification.
- Availability to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for food & beverage.
Required skills
- Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) compliance.
- Knowledge of food, wine and cocktail service.
