About the role

Capalaba State College, a Prep to Year 12 school, is seeking a dedicated Secondary teacher for Humanities and Social Sciences and/or English for Semester 1 2027. The position can be full-time or a part-time fraction negotiated with the successful candidate.

Humanities vacancies may cover some or all streams of Humanities and Social Sciences (Geography, History, Civics & Citizenship, Economics and Business, etc.) across Year Levels 7 to 12.

Required profile

• Relevant teaching qualification
• Full or provisional QCT registration
• Australian working rights or a valid visa
• Pre-service and graduate teachers are encouraged to apply, including practicum reports, mentor statements and unofficial transcript
