Second In Charge – Out of School Hours (Part‑Time)

About the role

The Second In Charge will work alongside the Director to create a positive, engaging environment for children in the BFS Wilton Out‑of‑School‑Hours (OOSH) program. You will help deliver meaningful experiences, support daily operations and ensure compliance with policies and legislation.

Key responsibilities

• Provide quality education and care to all children.
• Contribute to planning educational programs that support each child’s learning goals.
• Build strong relationships with children, families and the community.

Required profile

• Diploma of Children’s Services or a related qualification (desirable).
• Experience as a support worker, SLSO, OOSH Educator/2IC, or similar role with school‑aged children.
• Commitment to keeping children safe and healthy.
• Dedication to improving the lives of children, families and the community.
• A fun‑loving attitude and big smile.
