About the role
Join a world‑renowned luxury maison as a Seasonal Boutique Assistant on Collins Street, Melbourne. This fixed‑term position runs from October through March 2027 and offers a dynamic, client‑focused environment during the festive period.
Key responsibilities
- Support Sales Associates by delivering high‑level customer service and personalised engagement.
- Provide exceptional hospitality to both clients and internal colleagues.
- Help maintain the boutique’s reputation for an unforgettable luxury experience.
Required profile
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality or hotel client‑service roles.
- Passion for luxury brands and a commitment to exceeding client expectations.
- Legal right to work in Australia (including Working Holiday Visa holders).
- Not eligible for sponsorship.
