Search Engine Optimization Project Manager

About the role

Optweb Digital is seeking an organised and ambitious Project Manager to join its Melbourne team. You will manage SEO and advertising projects from onboarding through delivery, acting as the main point of contact for clients.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and manage multiple client projects from onboarding to delivery.
• Run regular client check‑ins, provide progress updates and handle feedback.
• Assign tasks, monitor workloads and keep the team on track.
• Track budgets, scope and resources, flagging changes early.
• Support SEO and ads strategy to ensure campaigns are delivered as planned.
• Report campaign results to clients.

Required profile

• Loves hitting deadlines and keeping everyone informed.
• Confident as the main point of contact for clients.
• Skilled at spotting risks early and mitigating them.
• Enjoys coordinating designers, content creators and marketing specialists.
• Has experience in digital marketing, SEO and ads (Google Ads, Meta Ads) or a similar agency environment.
