About the role

The Reece Group, which supplies plumbing and bathroom products to plumbers and retail customers, is offering a school-based traineeship at its Plumbing Erina branch, partnered with Murray Mallee Training Company Ltd. Year 10 students work towards a Certificate II in Supply Chain Operations, combining work in the branch with certificate requirements such as workbooks, on-the-job training and assessments.

Key responsibilities

Follow Reece's values, policies and procedures
Provide customer service and answer the phone to take messages and orders
Process sales and manage stock
Build product knowledge and follow up with customers
Contribute to keeping the branch at a high standard

Required profile

Year 10 student with good written and verbal communication
Ability to follow instructions, enthusiasm and a great attitude
Team player willing to try new things and keep a neat, tidy workplace
Well presented
Saturday availability; about 1.5 days per week, with extra hours during school holidays recommended
