Saturday Veterinarian

About the role

Vetcall Q'Superstore is looking for a Saturday Veterinarian to join its team in Mermaid Waters on the Gold Coast. This is a consult-only position working Saturdays from 8:00am to 1:00pm, with an hourly rate of up to $85 depending on experience. It suits an experienced veterinarian wanting extra income in a well-supported, positive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide consultations only on Saturdays, with occasional urgent care as required
• Work alongside two experienced veterinarians and five nurses
• Use EzyVet software (training provided if needed)

Required profile

• BVSc (or equivalent) with current registration to practice in Queensland
• At least 2 years' clinical experience
• Friendly, approachable and professional manner
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and client relationship skills
