SAP Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead an end‑to‑end SAP S/4HANA conversion program in Brisbane. The role will oversee program governance, stakeholder communication, technical conversion activities and ensure successful delivery across multiple vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full SAP S/4HANA conversion program across all workstreams.
• Build and maintain an Integrated Master Schedule aligned with SAP Activate methodology.
• Govern technical conversion activities including SUM/DMO, ATC, SPDD/SPAU.
• Oversee testing cycles (SIT, UAT, regression, performance) and data migration.
• Lead cut‑over planning, run‑book creation and command‑center operations.
• Ensure hyper‑care stabilization and transition to operations.
• Manage risks, RAID logs, compliance and financial tracking.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams, SMEs and external vendors.
• Communicate executive‑level stakeholder updates and reporting.

Required profile

• 15+ years of total IT experience.
• 12‑5+ years of IT/ERP project management experience.
• 4‑5 years of experience managing SAP S/4HANA system conversions.
• Successfully led at least two full‑cycle S/4HANA conversion programs.
• Strong understanding of SAP Readiness Check, custom code remediation and Fiori enablement.
