SAP Program Manager – Sydney

About the role

Infosys is looking for an experienced SAP Program Manager to lead large, multi‑stream SAP initiatives for a Western Australian client. The role will own planning, delivery, coordination and stakeholder management across SAP AMS, Application Development and related projects.

Key responsibilities

• Provide end‑to‑end program governance for SAP projects, including scope, schedule, budget and quality.
• Engage IT and business stakeholders, deliver regular updates, gather feedback and identify incremental business opportunities.
• Manage scope against the Statement of Work, negotiate contract changes and ensure delivery aligns with contractual commitments.
• Establish governance and reporting frameworks for multiple SAP workstreams.
• Identify and mitigate risks that could impact project timelines or outcomes.
• Coordinate with delivery teams to ensure seamless integration of AMS and development activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing complex SAP programs or large‑scale SAP implementations.
• Strong client‑facing skills with the ability to influence senior business and IT leaders.
• Demonstrated ability to handle multiple workstreams, contracts and change requests.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving capabilities, especially in risk management.
