SAP Program Manager (Sydney, Australia)

About the role

Infosys is looking for an experienced SAP Program Manager to lead large, multi‑stream SAP initiatives for a Western Australian client. The role will be based in Sydney and will oversee the planning, delivery and coordination of SAP Application Management Services (AMS), Application Development (AD) and related projects.

Key responsibilities

• Provide end‑to‑end program governance for SAP projects, including AMS, AD and new implementations, ensuring scope, schedule, budget and quality are met.
• Engage and manage client stakeholders across IT and business functions, delivering regular updates and gathering feedback.
• Manage scope against the Statement of Work, negotiate contract changes and ensure delivery aligns with contractual obligations.
• Establish governance and reporting frameworks across multiple SAP workstreams.
• Identify, assess and mitigate risks that could impact project timelines or outcomes.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless delivery and support.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading large‑scale SAP programs or multiple SAP workstreams.
• Strong client‑facing skills with the ability to manage senior stakeholders.
• Excellent understanding of SAP AMS and AD delivery models.
• Demonstrated ability to manage scope, budgets and schedules in complex environments.
