SAP Program Manager

About the role

Infosys is seeking an experienced SAP Program Manager to lead large, multi‑stream SAP initiatives for a Western Australian client. The role will oversee planning, delivery, coordination and stakeholder management for SAP Application Management Services (AMS), support and advisory engagements.

Key responsibilities

• Provide end‑to‑end program governance for SAP projects, including scope, schedule, budget and quality.
• Engage IT and business stakeholders, deliver regular updates and capture feedback.
• Manage scope against the Statement of Work and negotiate contract changes when required.
• Establish governance and reporting frameworks across multiple SAP workstreams.
• Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies.
• Stay current on SAP product roadmaps and guide the client through upgrades, S/4HANA transformation, cloud adoption and system integrations.
• Lead and develop onsite and offshore team members, handling performance and training.
• Support practice initiatives such as recruitment, revenue growth and margin improvement.

Required profile

• Minimum 18 years of SAP experience, including large‑scale AMS/support program management.
• Strong understanding of both functional and technical SAP modules.
• Proven experience delivering projects as a Service Delivery Manager.
• Ability to manage distributed teams and interact with senior client leaders.
