SAP Concur Systems Administrator (12‑month Fixed‑Term)

About the role

You will be the technical expert for the SAP Concur Expense platform, responsible for its day‑to‑day administration, configuration and optimisation. Working closely with Finance, HR and IT, you will ensure the system remains stable, compliant and aligned with business needs.

Key responsibilities

• Own daily administration of the SAP Concur platform, including expense policies, workflows and approval processes.
• Support UAT, testing, cut‑over activities and release updates for enhancements and policy changes.
• Manage integrations between SAP Concur and SAP SuccessFactors, monitoring interfaces, performance and data integrity.
• Administer expense types, audit rules, cost allocations, approval hierarchies and user security roles.
• Act as the technical escalation point for complex platform issues and produce documentation, runbooks and procedures.
• Support audit and compliance requirements across the expense platform.

Required profile

• Proven experience administering SAP Concur, including at least one full implementation or major enhancement.
• Strong hands‑on knowledge of Concur Expense configuration, audit rules, workflows and policy groups.
• Experience managing release cycles, testing and change management.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to communicate with both technical and business stakeholders.
• Proactive, autonomous work style with a focus on continuous improvement.
