Salesforce Solution Architect (Financial Services Cloud & OmniStudio)

About the role

Infosys is looking for a Salesforce Solution Architect with deep expertise in Financial Services Cloud (FSC) and OmniStudio to lead the design and delivery of enterprise‑scale Salesforce solutions for its financial services clients in Melbourne.

Key responsibilities

• Translate complex business requirements into scalable, secure Salesforce architectures.
• Design and implement FSC data models and OmniStudio components, including digital experiences and process automation.
• Lead integration efforts with external systems, ensuring data consistency and performance.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to delivery teams and act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders.
• Drive digital transformation initiatives and promote best practices across the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Proven experience delivering large‑scale Salesforce solutions in the financial services sector.
• Strong understanding of FSC data structures and OmniStudio capabilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment and collaborate across global teams.
