Salesforce Developer – Communication Cloud

About the role

Infosys Consulting is seeking a senior Salesforce Developer with deep expertise in Communication Cloud and Vlocity (Salesforce Industries) to design, develop, and maintain telecom‑focused solutions. The role is hybrid, based in Sydney, and involves collaborating with architects, product owners, and business stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement solutions using Salesforce Communication Cloud and Salesforce Industries (Vlocity) components.
• Configure OmniStudio elements such as OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures and FlexCards.
• Build product catalogues, pricing, promotions and order‑management solutions for B2B and B2C telecom use cases.
• Develop custom functionality with Apex, Lightning Web Components, Aura and SOQL.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs, event‑based integrations and middleware like MuleSoft.
• Support order capture, orchestration, service management and billing integrations, and ensure best practices for performance, security and scalability.

Required profile

• 6+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• Hands‑on experience with Salesforce Communication Cloud or Salesforce Industries (Vlocity).
• Strong knowledge of Apex, LWC, Aura and the Salesforce data model.
• Familiarity with telecom domain concepts such as product catalog management, CPQ, order management and service fulfilment.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies and strong problem‑solving skills.
