Sales Stylist – Retail Fashion

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a Sales Stylist to join its Brisbane store team. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will create a personalized shopping experience, blending fashion expertise with the brand’s heritage.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting outfits that reflect current trends and Levi’s promotions.
• Promote the Red Tab Loyalty program and drive omni‑channel engagement.
• Handle cash, process shipments, manage floor sets, markdowns, and replenishment.
• Resolve customer concerns in line with company policy.
• Maintain store standards and comply with all Levi’s policies and procedures.

Required profile

• Passionate about fashion and up‑to‑date with trends.
• Enjoy a fast‑paced environment and multitasking.
• Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Able to lift up to 40 lb and stand for long periods.
• Reliable transportation and at least 16 years of age.

Required skills

• Cash handling and point‑of‑sale operation.
• Merchandise processing and inventory management.
