Sales & Service Lead – Bondi Junction

About the role

The Sales & Service Lead is responsible for elevating the guest experience at ALO’s flagship store in Bondi Junction. You will drive engagement, education and interaction on the sales floor while creating a sanctuary that differentiates ALO from other retailers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead an exceptional guest experience by assessing connection levels, providing product education and coaching team members.
• Analyze sales reports, develop action plans and implement initiatives to improve performance and capture growth opportunities.
• Partner with Operations & Visual Manager to manage budgets, inventory, vendor relationships and store facilities.
• Oversee recruitment, development and performance evaluation of Sales & Service Associates and Cashiers.

Required profile

• 2+ years experience in a client‑centric sales environment.
• Proven leadership with strong decision‑making and feedback orientation.
• Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Physical ability to lift, push, carry up to 10‑15 kg and move around the store for an entire shift.

Required skills

• Self‑motivated with a results‑driven mindset.
• Ability to stand, bend, kneel, climb and safely use a ladder.
