Sales Representative – Power Tools

About the role

Arthrex is seeking a capital equipment sales professional to drive growth of a new business unit focused on power tools. You will work directly with surgeons, hospital executives and healthcare leaders to deliver solutions that improve patient outcomes while driving commercial growth.

Key responsibilities

• Represent market‑leading power tool products to hospitals and surgical teams.
• Own a high‑value territory and lead complex commercial engagements.
• Influence purchasing decisions that shape long‑term healthcare delivery.
• Collaborate with surgeons and executive stakeholders to provide tailored solutions.

Required profile

• Minimum 1–2 years hospital sales experience in capital equipment (power tools, arthroscopy, orthopaedics, etc.).
• Proven track record of sales achievements and understanding of complex capital sales cycles.
• Customer‑solution focus with strategic, long‑term win orientation.
• Resilient, results‑driven with strong relationship‑building skills.
• Excellent communication, time‑management and attention to detail.
