Sales Representative - Perth Metro

About the role

Heidelberg Materials Australia, behind some of Western Australia's largest infrastructure, commercial and residential projects, is looking for a motivated, customer-focused Sales Representative for its Perth metro area. You will manage an established customer portfolio and identify opportunities to grow the business across the Perth metropolitan region, working closely with customers and internal teams to build long-term partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships
• Identify and convert new business opportunities
• Prepare quotations and negotiate commercial outcomes
• Manage customer pricing and account performance
• Develop and maintain an active sales pipeline
• Monitor market activity and project opportunities
• Collaborate with operational teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences
• Achieve sales and margin objectives

Required profile

• Experience in sales, customer service, account management or business development; concrete sales experience is highly regarded
• Previous industry experience is welcome but not essential
• Valid Australian driver's licence
