Sales Operations Analyst

About the role

Bridgit, a non-bank lender helping Australians access property equity through a digital Buy Now, Sell Later solution, is looking for a Sales Operations Analyst. The role sits at the centre of how the company understands sales and business performance, turning data into insights that shape decisions across Credit, Sales and Operations. It suits someone who enjoys working with data and thrives in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Work closely with the Credit, Sales and Operations teams to find efficiency improvements across the loan application process.
• Build, monitor and maintain sales and performance dashboards, keeping metrics accurate and giving stakeholders clear, actionable insights.
• Analyse sales and operational data to spot trends, risks and opportunities, and turn findings into recommendations for leadership.
• Support the management of third-party onboarding and relationship management.
• Liaise with the Sales team so that scorecards and performance monitoring stay relevant and are used effectively.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience in a business analyst role or equivalent.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• A track record of delivery, a passion to learn and a friendly, energetic approach to working with stakeholders.

Required skills

• Creating, analysing and monitoring dashboards and reports (PowerBI, HubSpot).
• Ability to interpret data and turn it into clear performance insights.
