Sales Manager - South Perth

About the role

Merse Wellness, which combines luxury bathhouse experiences with recovery and longevity therapies, is expanding across Western Australia and is looking for a Sales Manager based at its South Perth head office. Reporting directly to the General Manager, you will own membership sales across WA locations, lead a team of Membership Consultants and drive results yourself. Key responsibilities

• Generate leads, close memberships and set the standard for sales performance
• Own WA membership targets, conversion rates and sales results
• Recruit, coach and motivate Membership Consultants to exceed expectations
• Develop and run membership campaigns for upcoming Merse locations
• Drive lead generation through corporate partnerships, local business relationships, community engagement and proactive outreach
• Set clear KPIs, maintain strong CRM practices, analyse results and improve continuously
• Ensure every customer interaction reflects the Merse Wellness brand's professionalism and service quality

• Energetic, confident leadership style able to inspire, coach and develop sales teams
• Results-driven, delivering through KPIs and accountability
• Proactive in prospecting and converting leads, making daily sales
• Strong people skills, relationship building and influence
