Sales Manager

About the role

We are looking for a strong sales leader to join our Adelaide branch and drive growth across our service portfolio. You will work in a supportive, collaborative environment, reporting directly to the Branch Manager while mentoring a team of Sales Consultants.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, communicate, and monitor sales strategies and targets to drive business growth.
• Lead the sales team to success through continuous improvement.
• Support growth through sustainable and ethical sales to existing and especially new customers.
• Secure major accounts through prospecting, submissions, presentations, tenders, and negotiations.
• Develop new business opportunities.
• Expand service scope to existing customers.
• Promote a safety‑first culture and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Required profile

• Solid experience with proven results in a Sales Management role, preferably in a service industry.
• Demonstrated track record in field or territory sales.
• Ability to collaborate with Operations to deliver a customer‑first experience.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience providing guidance, feedback and direction to a sales team.
• Background dealing with government entities is advantageous.
