Sales Development Representative (SDR)

About the role

Join Brandwatch’s Sales Development team in Melbourne and become the first point of contact for potential customers. You will research, engage and qualify prospects to build a robust sales pipeline for our SaaS solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and nurture leads using platforms such as Salesloft, Salesforce, LinkedIn, Cognism and Gong.
• Conduct an average of 100 outbound activities daily to schedule product walk‑throughs.
• Maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and hand them off to Account Executives.
• Stay current on industry news and the social media landscape.
• Participate in training and development programs.

Required profile

• Background in sales, business development or a strong interest in a sales career.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Motivated, goal‑oriented and able to thrive in a quota‑driven environment.
• Coachable, self‑aware and a team player.
