Sales Development Representative – Remote (Australia/New Zealand)

About the role

Hostaway is looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative to help expand its footprint in the APAC market. You will work remotely from anywhere in Australia or New Zealand, identifying and engaging new B2B SaaS prospects for our vacation‑rental management platform.

Key responsibilities

• Research and target potential clients and decision‑makers in the APAC region.
• Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, email outreach and social selling.
• Qualify leads, understand prospect needs and communicate Hostaway’s value proposition.
• Collaborate with the sales team to design outreach campaigns and follow‑up strategies.
• Maintain accurate activity records in the CRM system.
• Provide feedback to marketing on lead quality and campaign performance.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly targets for qualified meetings and pipeline generation.

Required profile

• Previous outbound sales experience in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Proven record of exceeding targets in a fast‑paced sales setting.
• Strong prospecting and cold‑calling abilities.
• Highly motivated self‑starter with an entrepreneurial mindset.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Team player with strong interpersonal skills.
• Fluent English (written and verbal); a second language is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot.
• Familiarity with sales engagement tools like Outreach or SalesLoft.
