Sales Development Representative (Remote, Australia)

About the role

Everfit.io is looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative to be the first point of contact with fitness coaches and training businesses worldwide. You will use AI‑enhanced outreach to start meaningful conversations and guide prospects toward our platform.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct discovery calls and product demos with fitness professionals to understand their goals and showcase Everfit’s solution.
• Identify, qualify, and convert leads into customers, managing the decision‑making process.
• Create personalized outreach and follow‑up messages, leveraging storytelling and AI tools where helpful.
• Partner with sales and marketing teams on retargeting campaigns and pipeline strategies, providing market feedback.
• Maintain and organise leads in Salesforce and other platforms, tracking performance metrics.
• Continuously test and improve messaging and workflow using AI insights and performance data.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to personalise professional messages.
• Highly organised and adaptable, capable of handling a high volume of conversations in a fast‑changing environment.
