Sales Development Representative – Outbound (Australia)

About the role

SOCRadar is looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative (Outbound) to generate and qualify new business opportunities across the Australian market. You will be the first point of contact for prospects, helping to build a robust sales pipeline and establishing relationships with key decision‑makers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and research potential clients through cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking events.
• Qualify leads to ensure alignment with SOCRadar’s target market and value proposition.
• Communicate product features and benefits, acting as a trusted advisor during early sales stages.
• Maintain accurate records of prospecting activities and manage the early sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with the sales team to transition qualified leads and support joint sales initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Proven success in sales development, business development or lead generation, preferably in cybersecurity.
• Fluent English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Strong consultative selling ability and persuasive communication.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
