Sales Development Representative

About the role

Garner is a boutique business development agency that partners with high-growth companies to accelerate revenue through outbound lead generation, appointment setting and end-to-end sales support. It is hiring a Sales Development Representative to generate and qualify new business opportunities for its clients, working across multiple client campaigns and industries. The role is based in Cronulla, near the beach, and accepts Working Holiday Visa holders.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls and follow-ups to targeted prospects
• Qualify leads and book meetings with key decision-makers
• Manage multiple client campaigns and adapt messaging by industry
• Build rapport and uncover genuine business pain points
• Hitting and exceeding activity and performance KPIs
• Identifying partnership and upsell opportunities where relevant

Required profile

• Confident on the phone and comfortable speaking with senior stakeholders
• Proven ability to execute against targets and KPIs
• Hungry to develop sales skills and progress a career
• Energy, resilience and a growth mindset
